Where do the tenders come from?
From National Treasury's official eTenders portal, which publishes national, provincial and municipal tenders as open data. We refresh the list every morning.
What about tenders that are not on eTenders?
Add them yourself: a municipal or provincial RFQ, a private request or one emailed to you. Fill in the tender details, then upload the tender PDF for the assistant to read, or paste the bill of quantities. It is priced exactly like any other quote.
Are the prices real?
Yes. Every cost comes from a source you can see: your own price list, an approved supplier's price list, a supplier's answer to your request, or a retailer's web page where the price was proven. The assistant can only choose between real prices. It never makes one up.
Do you submit the bid for me?
No. The Bid Room prepares your priced quote; you check it and submit it to the buyer yourself, from your own email or the tender box. Your bid stays yours.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get 14 days with Pro features. Choose a plan when you are ready; your quotes and price lists stay where they are.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract.
Is my information safe?
Each company's quotes, price lists and files are private to that company, and the database itself enforces it. Data is stored securely in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), and we follow POPIA. See our privacy notice.
